1. Data controller

2. No use of cookies or tracking tools

This website does not use cookies, does not install statistical analysis (analytics) tools, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. Therefore, no consent to cookie use is requested, as none are employed, whether technical or third-party.

3. Data collected through the contact form

On the "Contact" page, a form is available that allows you to send a quote request. By filling in the form you may provide: full name, email, phone number, event date, event type, show of interest and a free-text message.

Important: the form does not send data to a server or database. When you press the "Send request via WhatsApp" button, the browser automatically opens the WhatsApp application (on your device or via web.whatsapp.com) with a pre-filled message containing the data you entered, addressed to the controller's WhatsApp number. The message is actually sent only if you manually confirm it within WhatsApp.

From that point on, the processing of the data contained in the message is also subject to the privacy notice of WhatsApp/Meta Platforms, Inc., over which the controller has no control. Please refer to the WhatsApp privacy policy for more information on how Meta processes data exchanged through the platform.

4. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Any data sent via WhatsApp is used exclusively to respond to your request for information or a quote regarding the Mozzarella Show and Pizza Show services. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where explicitly requested through the consent checkbox on the form, the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Embedded map (OpenStreetMap)

The "Contact" page includes a map embedded from OpenStreetMap Foundation, a third-party service that may collect technical data (e.g. IP address) related to viewing the map, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Data retention

The controller does not retain any data entered in the contact form on its own systems, since the form does not automatically send anything to the controller's servers: the data remains solely within the WhatsApp conversation the user chooses to start, and is retained according to the settings and retention periods of the WhatsApp app itself. Any data collected by email or phone to handle a quote request is retained by the controller for the time necessary to fulfil the request and, in the event of a contractual relationship, for the period required by applicable tax and civil law.

7. Data subject rights

As a data subject, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to request from the controller at any time: access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

To exercise these rights you can contact the controller at artedellamozzarella@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it), or with your local EU supervisory authority.

8. Changes to this notice

The controller reserves the right to modify or update this notice, in whole or in part. Changes will be published on this page with an indication of the last update date.
